I take the accuracy of information, head notes, and recipes in my books very seriously. I never take it for granted when you cook from my books and welcome these recipes into your kitchen.

This is a list of corrections for Super Natural Simple

p. 180 // Grilled Rice Triangles - The headnote should read, “Yaki onigiri are simple Japanese grilled rice balls or triangles. You can tuck little fillings like tofu or edamame into their centers, then glaze them while they cook for a golden, slightly crusted and caramelized exterior. I use short-brown rice and a harissa-boosted glaze for mine. Grill these outside in the summer and opt for a skillet or griddle—preferably one that’s well-seasoned cast iron—when it’s too cold outside."

The translation in the initial printing was incorrect. As an American cook who loves and appreciates Japanese cuisine, regularly integrating aspects of it into my California kitchen, making this mistake is particularly embarrassing. Please accept my sincerest apology. - Heidi
